Beauty Products We’ve Tried That Deserve a Spot on Your Radar

Key Points

Every so often, a product comes along that actually lives up to the promise on the label — and when that happens, it deserves to be celebrated. Beauty editors love trying new makeup and skincare, and when we find something we love, we want to share it with the world, because we’re not about gatekeeping.

I came across a couple of brands that may not be mainstream just yet, but still deserve the hype. I also had the chance to try Ariana Grande’s R.E.M. line, and let’s just say I was dazzled. If you’re a beauty product lover like I am, you’ll need to try the following lines A.S.A.P.

Sudtana is a 100% clean beauty brand

As we get older, haircare becomes more important, especially if you’re going through menopause or perimenopause and experience hair loss. That’s why we need to pay more attention to ingredients, and you’ll be safe with Sudtana. They use only natural ingredients based on Thai traditions, with nourishing herbs that support hair health.

I tried their Hair Kindness Shampoo, which is made of bergamot, lavender, and turmeric. It’s sulphate-free, which is awesome for color-treated strands, and it lathers pretty well. Before showering, use the Scalp Revival Treatment for a 15-minute treatment, and then wash it off with the shampoo. Finish with the Hair Mask Oil for the ultimate at-home spa session.

Ludient uses revolutionary technology to target skin concerns

Skincare is so important at any age, which is why I have so many different brands on rotation. My current obsession is Ludient, which I’ve been using every night, and I can see a huge difference in clarity, evenness, and hydration.

I start with the Pore Refining Ampoule and then apply the Re-Code Cream. Combined, I’ve noticed that my melasma and redness have lightened, and all I need is a bit of CC cream during the day to smooth out my skin. They don’t leave my skin feeling oily at all, but my face is still magically smooth and supple, which is a huge plus.

r.e.m. beauty will leave you gleaming

If you’re like me and you love everything glitter and shimmer, you have to try out Ariana Grande’s r.e.m. beauty line. I received the Starlet Lustrous Liquid Eyeshadow in Fembot, which is a gorgeous iridescent lavender shade that has pink, silver, and gold notes.

The On Your Collar Plumping Lip Gloss is also a fun try, and it definitely leaves your pout feeling tingly, while the shimmer gives the illusion of fuller lips.

Ciele Lip & Protect SPF 60+ is just what your pout needs

We put sunscreen on our face and body, but often forget about our lips. Now, there’s no need to leave home without protection with Ciele Lip & Protect, which has SPF 60+. It comes in seven gorgeous colors, and it’s super creamy and hydrating on the lips. Make sure to grab a few and leave them in your purse, office, and on your dresser to have one readily available at all times.

Give your scalp some love with Laced Hair Care

Every so often, an innovative product drops that wows, and Laced Hair Care did just that with its Exfoliating Shampoo. It contains tiny pearls that feel so refreshing on the scalp, much like a facial scrub. Use it with the Conditioning Masque for the softest locks you’ll ever have.
